Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 15, 2026
Last Updated: September 15, 2026

1. Introduction and Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how LendingHouse NA, LLC (“LendingHouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with our websites, online forms, and related digital services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

This is a website privacy policy. It is not a substitute for, and does not replace, the separate federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) privacy notice that LendingHouse provides directly to mortgage applicants and customers in connection with a loan application or account relationship. If you are a mortgage applicant or customer, please also refer to the GLBA privacy notice you received or will receive from us.

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

  • Contact information, such as your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
  • Account and application information, such as information you provide when you create an account, submit an inquiry, or start a mortgage application.
  • Mortgage and financial information you voluntarily submit, such as information about the loan you are seeking, your financial goals, and related details.
  • Employment, income, asset, property, and identity information, such as employer information, income documentation, asset statements, property details, and identifying information needed to process a mortgage application.
  • Device, browser, IP address, cookie, and website-usage information, collected automatically when you visit our websites.
  • Communications, support requests, and SMS information, such as records of your communications with us, including text messages if you opt in to receive them.
  • Information received from service providers, referral sources, credit-reporting agencies, and other parties involved in a mortgage transaction you have requested, such as loan officers, partners, vendors, credit bureaus, and settlement-service providers.

3. How Information Is Collected

  • Directly from you when you interact with our Services.
  • Through application and contact forms you submit on our websites.
  • Through cookies, pixels, and similar analytics technologies (see Section 6).
  • From loan officers, partners, vendors, and other authorized third parties involved in your inquiry or transaction.
  • Through mortgage-processing, underwriting, and verification services used to evaluate an application.

4. How Information Is Used

  • Responding to your inquiries and requests.
  • Processing and underwriting mortgage applications.
  • Verifying identity and eligibility.
  • Providing the services you have requested.
  • Communicating with you about your application, account, or inquiry.
  • Preventing fraud, maintaining security, and supporting auditing and regulatory compliance.
  • Improving our website and services.
  • Marketing our products and services, but only where legally permitted and subject to any applicable opt-out or consent requirements.

5. How Information May Be Disclosed

  • Investors, lenders, warehouse providers, title companies, appraisal providers, credit bureaus, settlement-service providers, government agencies, regulators, attorneys, auditors, and technology vendors who support our mortgage origination and business operations.
  • Third parties when you have authorized us to do so.
  • Parties as required by law, legal process, or as necessary to protect our legal rights, enforce our agreements, or prevent fraud.

Because processing a mortgage application requires coordination with multiple operational vendors and mortgage-transaction counterparties, information you submit is routinely shared with the categories of recipients listed above as part of providing the Services.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our websites may use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential cookies, necessary for the website to function.
  • Analytics cookies, which help us understand how visitors use our website.
  • Functionality cookies, which remember your preferences.
  • Advertising cookies, which may be used to deliver more relevant advertising, where applicable.

We do not currently represent that our website recognizes or responds to browser-based “Do Not Track” signals or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If and when that functionality is implemented, this policy will be updated accordingly.

You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Text Messages

If you opt in to receive text messages from LendingHouse:

  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Message frequency may vary.
  • Reply HELP for help, or STOP to opt out of receiving text messages at any time.
  • Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of obtaining any mortgage product or service from LendingHouse.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, record-retention, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution requirements.

10. Consumer Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, or to request more information about our data practices. These rights vary by state and may not apply to all information (for example, information subject to certain financial or credit-reporting laws may be excluded).

To submit a request, please contact us using the information in Section 15. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf where permitted, subject to appropriate verification.

11. California Residents

If you are a California resident, this section supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended.

California residents generally have the right to know, access, delete, and correct their personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (if applicable), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Requests may be submitted using the contact information in Section 15, and an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf subject to verification.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website.

13. Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites, which have their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party website you visit.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
