We take every concern seriously. Here is how to reach us and how to contact a regulator.
Contact LendingHouse
To submit a complaint about LendingHouse NA, LLC, contact Compliance / Consumer Complaints at Admin@LendingHouse.com or (833) 870-0590, or write to 777 Brickell Avenue, Suite 500, Miami, FL 33131.
Include your name, preferred contact information, the loan officer’s name, any loan reference number and a description of your concern. Do not email Social Security numbers, account credentials or sensitive financial documents. We can arrange a secure method for supporting materials.
You may contact a regulator directly without first contacting LendingHouse. Submitting a complaint to us does not limit your rights.
